Community engagement is important for veterans as they transition from military service to civilian life. CSAS is committed to fostering strong community connections and provides information to help our Warriors get involved.

Nutrition Coaching 

When it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle, our diet plays a major role. The foods we consume can influence our energy, mood, and overall health. Therefore, it’s essential to ensure that our diet is well-balanced with an assortment of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins, and healthy fats.

CSAS' nutrition coaching involves a one-on-one approach to help create a personalized plan that aligns with each Veteran's health goals. We encourage healthy food choices, portion control, nutrient balance and lifestyle changes to enhance well-being through sustainable habits. We want each person to recognize their body as the temple that it was designed to be.
